Music & club culture are an integral part of a lot of peoples lives in the 21st century. The events bring people together to share memories that last a life time. There are many creative aspects that build together the whole culture. This is the same in many ways to the wider community.
We intend to use our togetherness to create, help out & give something back, with various deeds & initiatives. Bringing some exposure, helping promote good acts & people who are generally doing positive things.
Help Save the Abla.

Friend of C101 Eddie 'Edward Alexander’ was evicted from his home. Eddie is a kind hearted older man, a legend and has helped many People. He has lived on the Abla boat in Ibiza for many years. The boat was his life & his HOME!
The Balearic government have been trying to evict Eddie for years deeming the boat an eye sore and we have had campaigns to save the Abla. It was an older boat that needed lots of maintenance to keep afloat. The government were using these times to get the Abla evicted from the water & destroyed.
Unfortunately despite our spirited efforts to save, the Abla was taken out of the water on November 5th & was inevitably destroyed. We managed to raise funds to contribute to legal fees & repairs but it seems it was not enough in time to save the boat. The money raised will now go towards helping Eddie with a life on land without the Abla.
We thank the kind hearted people who donated to the cause.
The memories of the Abla will live on.
